IPPH OFFICE BUILDING 2016 Realization | 2012 International Competition 1st prize + Commission | Beijing, China |

The realization of this 14-story office building in downtown Beijing is the result of a process that began in 2012. The client, IPPH (Intellectual Property Publishing House), is a Chinese state-owned company that deals with media and culture in general and publishes literature patents. Envisioning a multifunction office space, IPPH decided to relocate, subsequently acquiring a piece of land in west Beijing and announcing an international competition.

JH Snow and Sport Park is located northwest of Beijing, where the flat metropolitan land suddenly turns into mountains. The project came about due to the 2015 selection of Beijing as the host of the 2022 Winter Olympics, and is related to the increasing interest in winter sports among Chinese citizens. Unlike the other winter parks created around the city recently, JH Snow and Sport will be the only one that can be reached by an approximately one-hour subway commute from downtown Beijing.
温泉（金辉）冰雪体育休闲公园规划设计 2017年国际设计竞赛一等奖, 2022年北京冬奥会训练场所之一 , 中国北京 金辉冰雪体育公园位于北京市西北方向的温泉镇，在这里，城市的地形开始由平坦变成连绵的山脉。这个项目的改造升级是2015年北京被选中作为2022年冬季奥运会举办城市、中国公众对冬季运动兴趣增加的直接结果。在北京城市及周边已建成或近期建成的滑雪场中，金辉滑雪场是唯一一个可以通过地铁交通到达的滑雪场，公共交通从市中心到达雪场约1个小时。 |

The history of this House begins in medieval Italy during the eleventh century as the city of Como was losing its decade-long war against Milan. In the centuries since, Como never truly regained a chance to compete against the city that became the economic hub of northern Italy. Como and its lake are today a tranquil tourism destination where many Milanese residents — just 100 km away — buy a holiday home.
PIANELLO住宅 2011年已建成，意大利科莫湖，皮埃蒙特 这栋房子的历史始于公元11世纪，意大利中世纪的科莫城在与近邻米兰城长达10年的战争中失利。战争后的的几个世纪里，米兰成为了意大利北部的经济中心，科莫再有没有机会能与米兰抗争。科莫城和科莫湖成为了100公里外米兰城很多居民的度假之地。 |

This gentleman’s club located in the Chinese province of Anhui includes a comprehensive program such as reading rooms, a bar, a pool, a gym, and an area for kids. Due to its underground location, the floorplan is organized around a central sunken courtyard that provides natural light to most of the spaces. Each area has been designed independently but is unified by the material selection that includes grey marbles, leathers, gold, and brushed brass inlays.
六安天铂会所设计 2018年概念提案，中国安徽，六安 这个位于安徽省六安市的绅士俱乐部会所包含了一系列完整的休闲项目，如阅读室、酒吧、游泳池、健身房和儿童活动区。因为项目位于地下，平面的组织和布局围绕着中央下沉庭院展开，来为会所的主要功能区提供自然采光。项目采用统一的装饰材料元素如灰色大理石、皮质家具、金色或拉丝黄铜镶嵌，每个功能区独立设计，但又风格和谐统一。 |

Located on the slopes of mt. Crocione, on the west side of Como Lake in northern Italy, this single-family house enjoys a beautiful scenery, surrounded by chestnut trees and overlooking the 1.736-meter high mt. Grona. How to deal with a site that is both sloped and north facing? This project solves the problem by overturning the usual layout of a two-story house. The living areas are in fact located on the second floor as well as the main entrance. Users will reach the house through a big, welcoming terrace, and then descend to the lower floor for the sleeping areas, which are half sunken and closer to the mountain’s heart.
GARDIN宅邸 正在施工，面积为300平方米，意大利科莫湖，梅纳焦 这栋独栋别墅坐落在意大利北部科莫湖西侧的Crocione山的山坡上，房子的周围环绕着栗树，俯瞰着1736米高的格罗纳(Grona)山，享有美丽的风景。如何去解决倾斜的地形基地和北向的朝向问题？设计采用将常规的两层建筑功能布局翻转的手法解决了这一问题。我们将起居区和主入口设置在二层，通过一个宽敞、惬意的露台进入建筑，卧室等休息空间采用半下沉的方式,被设置在一层更靠近山的位置。天窗也在建筑功能中起到重要作用，为室内补足光线并能一瞥附近科莫湖的美景。 |
